We have enjoyed getting to know Hailey so much over the last few weeks, that we wanted to give you the opportunity to get to know her as well with a little Q&A session!
1. What’s your favorite music genre?
My favorite music genre is EDM, electronic dance music. The music gives a powerful burst of emotion along with a space of love and acceptance. Where I feel confident with people I can connect with from all over the world.
2. Which movie have you seen recently or what are you watching on Netflix?
So right now I am watching the new cooking show Level Up with Gordon Ramsey on Hulu. My family and I are avid fans of Gordon Ramsey and even have set plans to go to Las Vegas just to eat at his restaurant for my sister's 21st birthday this coming December.
3. What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done or seen before?
To give you the SparkNotes version, I went to Park City Utah on a business venture with a Pennsylvania hospital tycoon, a rent-a-race car driver, and the man whose family created the teenage mutant ninja turtles. I stayed in a castle deep up in the mountains, snowmobiled, and dined in private clubs with food from world-renowned chefs in yurts. In the end, I found out that my potential business partner planned to take the idea from me and put me on the payroll as creative director and I had protected myself by buying the domain to the website months before. I was threatened with lawsuits and it eventually faded away and I haven't heard from them since. I have yet to see the product anywhere so I am assuming the idiots weren't successful.
4. What’s the best meal you’ve ever had?
My grandmother's chicken and noodles. Easy
5. Is there something that has made you smile recently?
Honestly and genuinely being in this position with NWT and Nic. My life is ever-changing very drastically and I feel like I've found a space that believes in my ability. This position gives me a space to dive into creatively and progressively.
6. What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
There are so many opportunities in this generation. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself in a workplace that is stuck in its ways or ‘old school.’ This is a new era where young people are incredibly intelligent and successful in many new avenues. Present your ideas in a calm confident manner to make an impact and receive respect early on.
7. Do you cook? What’s your favorite recipe?
This is gonna sound real southern and it is, but it's good I promise. A fried bologna sandwich plain on toast.
8. Pineapple pizza. Yay or nay?
Absolutely not
9. Which fictional family would you want to be part of?
The Tanners from Full House
